When former model Tyra Banks launched America's Next Top Model, in 2003 I am unsure that it was ever her vision to extend the 'Top Model' franchise to the Caribbean. or maybe it was. However, to those of us who reside in the Caribbean, we were more than ecstatic when Caribbean's Next Top Model launched in 2012. See more on CNTM here.
The first show aired in February 2013 with many hopeful models who were all vying for the title- Caribbean's Next Top Model. Amongst these hopefuls was our very own Caymanian beauty, Treveen Stewart, who ended up being the winner of the first ever Caribbean's Next Top Model. She rose to the top.
We here in the Cayman Islands are immensely proud of Treveen for winning CNTM. We all knew that she was a winner. We are extremely humbled and honoured to call her our very own Caymanian Beauty.
As the winner of the competition Treveen receives:
- A $50,000 spokesperson contract with B Mobile
- A modeling contract with Factor Women
- The cover and a spread in the Caribbean Belle magazine
